The doll was created in Feruary  2012. 

 

It took me about a week to make it.

Embroidering of doll's face and grafting each hair one by one was the hardest and the most time consuming.

I wanted it to be BIG. It's 68 cm heigh.

 

There were no interesting dolls on Polish market when I was a little girl (communism...). When I finally got the doll it was stiff, small and cloying. That's why I really wanted this one to be big and special.

 

Materials used:

CORPS - fabric from Ikea and pillow filling

 

HAIR - cotton thread (bought in second hand)
